AIESEC Member Committees in Ibero-America are developing The Ser Más program, that offers businesses, organizations, and young people the opportunity to be more competitive, increasing their knowledge and expertise in the areas of corporate responsibility and social and business entrepreneurship. Through exchange, team and leadership experiences, and learning activities, the program aims to develop talented, competitive, globally minded, socially responsible future Ibero-American leaders whose knowledge and skills enable them to create a positive impact in their communities.
The program is executed based on local projects and it is composed of three initiatives:
SER MAS Activando Organizaciones Responsables
The areas addressed under this initiative may include environment, sustainability, ethical
finances, human rights, health and safety, diversity, corporate governance and accountability,
supply chain management, social marketing, and social investing.
SER MAS Haciendo la Diferencia
The areas addressed under this initiative include civic participation, digital divide,
economic development, education, environment, gender equity, health, human rights, children at
risk, ect.
SER MAS Descubriendo Oportunidades en Iberoamérica
The areas addressed under this initiative include business and market expansion, export
development and SMEs consolidation.
